Kyle G. Pender is 2008 graduate of the University Of North Dakota School Of Law and is also a 2004 graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in accountancy. Prior to joining Montgomery Goff & Bullis, Kyle obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for CPA firms in Minnetonka, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota, focusing his practice on taxation of closely held corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and individuals.
Kyle was admitted to practice law by the North Dakota Supreme Court in 2008. Kyle is currently admitted to practice in North Dakota, Minnesota, United States District Court of North Dakota, and the United States Tax Court. Kyle primarily focuses his practice on commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, and income tax planning and tax controversy.
